At HyggeNu our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live in the United States. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the United States, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into three parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
- Fulfillment time: Our fulfillment partner operates to the following timelines. The standard fulfillment time for our fulfillment partner is 2-7 business days. Depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it may take longer than usual.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
Can I ship to a P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Please note that we can only ensure delivery to a street address and not a P.O. box or APO/FPO address.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive an email with the tracking code to confirm that your order is ready to ship.
Can I order from outside the United States?
No, we currently do not service any orders placed outside of the United States. This is because we want to ensure consistently reasonable and reliable shipping times.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our distribution facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our distribution facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
Addendum: Note that due to the unprecedented impacts on shipping channels resulting from COVID-19, and in accordance with staff safety measures enacted by shipping partners, additional shipping delays are to be expected. Consequently, please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping.
